We have 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines, a CNC lathe, and manual milling and turning equipment. All of our CNC machines are late-model units capable of tolerances of +/-.0005”.
For flat 2D parts without a taper, waterjet cutting is less expensive than CNC machining. This equipment also helps to control costs because we can make a first pass with our abrasive water jet cutter.

Materials include stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, brass, and copper. Sizes range from a few inches to assemblies that are 9-ft. long. Volumes range from a handful of components to high-volume production runs.
